At FloriFence, we are always excited to help new customers find their dream fencing solution. Whether they are a new homeowner looking to revamp their backyard, or an eager business owner ready to invest in security, we are here to help you put your plan into action. However, the fencing installation process is not over in a day. It often takes several days or weeks from the initial consultation to have your fence completed.
If you are thinking about installing a new fence, there are several actions you can take to make the process seamless for you and your contractors. We recommend following these three steps in order before you get started:
Do your research.
Many of our customers come to us because they saw a neighbor’s FloriFence installation and wanted something similar of their own. While we appreciate the bode of confidence, we also want to encourage customers to consider their own needs before using the same fence construction for their homes. Do your research on different fencing types to determine what construction will be right for you.
Be thorough in your consultation.
Once you’ve done a little research on your own, it’s time to call FloriFence for an onsite consultation. You can bring your ideas to the FloriFenceteam and we will help refine them and set them into action through our various fencing services. Whether you’re looking for a simple pool or pet fence, or are looking to provide privacy and curb appeal to your home, we’ve got you covered!
Get approval with your HOA and municipality.
Once you know exactly what you want, you should contact your HOA immediately for approval of your fence design. You need to know your exact property boundaries and ensure that your fencing plan complies with any HOA regulations. If your design is denied, talk to your FloriFence salesman and we will help you alter the project to better fit your neighborhood. Once the plans are approved and your boundary line is established, we are ready to start construction!
